2024年9月に結成されたGingersammは、岡山県出身の山田京侍（Vo / Gt）と、北海道出身の片岡智哉（Dr）からなる2人組。ジョニ・ミッチェルやエリオット・スミスといったUSのフォークミュージックをルーツに持つソングライター・山田が紡ぐ繊細な心の機微を捉えた歌詞と、囁きにも似た歌声、R&Bやソウル、ヒップホップからプレイの影響を受けたドラム・片岡の2人が生み出す懐かしくもモダンなサウンドを特徴としている。1st EP『名前』を2026年5月20日にリリース。
