1974年東京都生まれ。大学在学中よりライターとして書き始め、そののち３つの出版社で編集者として勤務。2007年よりニュースサイト「ナタリー」を運営する株式会社ナターシャ取締役。2016年、音大留学のため渡米し、卒業後はチャーチを中心にシンガーのサポートやウェディングなどローカルミュージシャンとして活動。並行してニューヨーク市立大学シティカレッジ人文科学領域を卒業。
