ASOBISYSTEM has announced that its 18th anniversary music and culture festival, ASOBISYSTEM 18th Anniversary ASOBIEXPO 2025, will take place on Sunday, July 20, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba.
Known for its diverse roster of creators, ASOBISYSTEM has played a significant role in promoting Tokyo’s Harajuku culture to audiences both in Japan and abroad. The first batch of performers revealed for this year’s festival includes Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, Atarashii Gakko!, FRUITS ZIPPER, CUTIE STREET, KizunaAI, Toua, and Klang Ruler.
For Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, this event will mark her first live performance in over a year, following the birth of her first child. Meanwhile, KizunaAI, who recently returned to the spotlight after a 3-year hiatus, will perform her first domestic stage show in Japan.
Kyary Pamyu Pamyu has also shared a personal message ahead of her much-anticipated return to the stage.
