The box set MATSURI SESSION AT BUDOKAN, featuring ZAZEN BOYS’ performance at Nippon Budokan, is set to be released on March 12, 2025.
This release will comprehensively capture the entirety of the ZAZEN BOYS MATSURI SESSION, held on October 27, marking ZAZEN BOYS’ first solo concert at Nippon Budokan. The set includes one Blu-ray disc and three CDs, providing a complete audio and visual experience.
During the performance, frontman Hideto Mukai commented beforehand that they would create a rich setlist featuring many beloved songs, including classics that none of the members could remember the chords to. The concert featured a lengthy set that blended both new and old tracks, spanning over three hours and structured in two parts.
