Sia released a new single “Gimme Love” on Thursday, September 14.
This is the first new song from Sia since her album “Music – Songs From and Inspired By the Motion Picture” released in 2021, and it has been almost two years since her last solo release. A lyric video was also released to coincide with the distribution release.
The album “Reasonable Woman,” which includes the song, will be released in spring 2024. Details of the album will be announced at a later date, and the official store is now accepting pre-orders for the record, which will be limited to 500 copies.
Sia is an Australian singer/songwriter/producer who “never reveals her true face. She has been nominated for nine Grammy Awards, and her song “Cheap Thrills” from her 2016 album “This Is Acting” charted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. In Japan, the band also gained attention for their appearance at the 2019 FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL, where they performed in torrential rain.
