Ado has been named the creative partner for the Adidas Japan National Team 2026 football kit, with the artist also set to create an official “uniform song” that embodies the spirit behind the design.
Known for her powerful voice and world-building style, Ado’s approach aligned naturally with the team’s theme of bold ambition. The collaboration’s key visual was created by ORIHARA, the illustrator who serves as Ado’s image director.
The 2026 home kit is built around the concept “HORIZON,” symbolizing the push toward a future not yet seen. Designed to unite players and supporters as Japan aims for victory at the FIFA World Cup 2026, the project will also include a newly produced anthem inspired by the uniform’s message.
