Four snorkeling trips to Okinawa in one year
Celeina:We have just talked about the problems of creators, but is there any culture you are into outside of work?
Man: I love snorkeling in Okinawa. I’ve been four times in the past year.
Celeina:So nice. Did you get to see the ocean in each season while snorkeling?
Man: Yes, I have. But I often went in the summer, which is my favorite season.
Takano: Celeina, you also spent some time in Okinawa, didn’t you?
Celeina:I lived in Okinawa for a year.
Man: I was so jealous that I shivered.
Celeina:I lived in a place called Nago, which is near the northern part of the main island of Okinawa.Do you understand Nago?
Man: Yes, I do.
Celeina:The sea in Nago is beautiful, isn’t it?
Man: It’s great.
Celeina:Am I sparking with Man-chan a little today? I’m so happy.
Man: I’m really happy that we found something in common.
Takano: We are having a chemical reaction today.
Celeina: I’d like to hear about the beautiful ocean during your four trips to Okinawa. For example, about Snorkeling spots.
Man: I love a place called Minna Island. Every time I go to Okinawa, I go there and swim there, thinking it is heaven.
Celeina:Do you do much diving?
Man: I have never been diving. Snorkeling is easy because you can swim quickly and see the ocean, and if you get bored, you can go to the next area right away.
Takano: It is true that diving requires a lot of equipment.
Celeina: When was the first time you tried snorkeling?
Man: Probably about eight years ago. But now, in addition to snorkeling, I really enjoy Okinawa as a whole. I think the food is delicious and the atmosphere is great.
Celeina:I think you might end up living in Okinawa before you know it.
Man: I am trying my best to live in Okinawa, thinking that I would like to move there if possible, but I don’t know how it will turn out because of my job and other things.
Celeina:No, let’s go. I was surprised that I could go while I was working.
Man: In a positive sense, why did you choose Nago in the northern part of Japan?
Celeina: I was born and raised in Tokyo, but I wanted to go to a place that was the furthest away from Tokyo. That’s why I chose Nago, not Naha or the area around Chatan in the central part of the country, but Nago where I could go from the city, live in peace, and enjoy a sense of the countryside.
Man: You’ve conveyed the idea very well. I was thinking, “Yes, that’s right”. Nago is nice, isn’t it?
Celeina:We are looking forward to hearing more about Okinawa, Man-chan.
Man:I wish I could report.
Celeina:You are introducing your friends to us through the “FIST BUMP” circle of friends connected by the Goo Touch.
Man:This is a model, Sakura Yokose.
Celeina: In a word.
Man: She is a beautiful yet cute woman.
Takano: Beautiful yet cute. That’s a good catchphrase.
Celeina:What is your relationship with her?
Man: Sakura-chan did an exhibition at a place where I used to work, and we became good friends from there. There was a bit of a gap after that, but last year I found out that she and her husband are good friends, and things started to get exciting again.
Takano: So it was because of this connection that you were introduced to me. Thank you very much. Tomorrow, I will connect you to the model, Sakura Yokose.
Celeina:FIST BUMP, today we welcome illustrator Man Doope Suzuki. Thank you very much.
