Hitsujibungaku’s guitarist and vocalist, Moeka Shiotsuka, will release her first signature guitar, the Moeka Shiotsuka Jaguar moni, through Fender on Wednesday, November 26.
The model is based on Shiotsuka’s long-time favorite, the American Vintage ’65 Jaguar, with every detail carefully reflecting her personal specifications.
The guitar’s finish features an original color inspired by aged Sonic Blue, enhanced with water-slide decals.
Designed for smooth playability, the guitar features a C-shaped neck with binding and medium-jumbo frets, allowing even light touches to glide effortlessly across the fretboard.
Its sound delivers the best of both worlds: brass spiral saddles paired with specially developed original pickups reproduce the Jaguar’s distinctive sharp clean tones while adding warmth. Even when driven, the instrument maintains a clear and defined sound, faithfully capturing Shiotsuka’s signature guitar tone.
The finish features an original color inspired by aged Sonic Blue, complemented by water-slide decals, completing the instrument’s unique aesthetic.
Additionally, the neck plate is engraved with Shiotsuka’s signature, and the tuning peg buttons feature a butterfly engraving symbolizing the wish, “May the often-snapped 4th string never break.” The guitar also comes with a “moni” original sticker, inspired by the sticker Shiotsuka uses to fix her preset switch.

Alongside the guitar, Shiotsuka’s signature accessories will also be released: the Fender x Moeka Shiotsuka Signature Strap and Fender x Moeka Shiotsuka Signature Picks. The 63mm-wide leather strap features a Fender logo and butterfly illustration on the front, with Shiotsuka’s foil-stamped signature on the back, and comes packaged in a custom-designed box.
The pick set includes 12 picks housed in a sliding tin, featuring five different designs created by Shiotsuka herself: the original Hitsujibungaku character “Hitsuji-chan,” a butterfly illustration, moni, her signature, and the handwritten phrase “I love Fender.”
The Moeka Shiotsuka Jaguar moni is now available for pre-order at the Fender flagship store in Harajuku, Tokyo (Fender Flagship Tokyo), as well as at authorized Fender dealers nationwide.
