A brand-new music festival, Amami Iseki Ongakusai, is set to debut on Sunday, September 28 at Amami Ruins Park in Takatsuki, Osaka. The first wave of artists has been announced, featuring Tavito Nanao, HIMI, and YOUR SONG IS GOOD.
The festival is a new project from the team behind ONE MUSIC CAMP and ARIFUJI WEEKENDERS, and is hosted by TRACE, a local hair salon based in Takatsuki. Designed around the theme of “enjoyment across generations,” the event will offer not only live performances but also a variety of content spanning food, fashion, and culture.
The venue, East Plaza at Amami Ruins Park, is a spacious green area covered in natural grass, located next to a 720,000-square-meter archeological site of a Yayoi-period moat-surrounded village. Set against this historic backdrop, the festival promises a unique blend of music and heritage.
Tickets for the event are currently available through an “ultra-early advance” sale on Ticket Pia until Sunday, May 25. Starting Saturday, May 31, “early bird advance tickets” will go on sale, followed by general admission tickets from Tuesday, July 1. The earlier the purchase, the lower the ticket price.
