The fourth wave of artists for the highly anticipated “FUJI & SUN ’25” festival has been revealed. The camping festival, which will take place on May 31 (Saturday) and June 1 (Sunday) at Fuji Children’s World in Shizuoka, will feature an exciting lineup of performers and new additions.
Since its inception in 2019, “FUJI & SUN” has been held annually at Fuji Children’s World in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, with the concept of “Learning from Mt. Fuji, Living with Mt. Fuji.” As the festival enters its sixth year in 2025, organizers are introducing more accessible ways to enjoy camping, including an area for gear-free camping, car camping options, and a range of camping gear rentals.
Previously announced artists include Naotaro Moriyama, Quruli, Satoko Shibata, Yuta Orisaka (band), and Sam Wilkes Quartet featuring Kaho Nakamura. The fourth lineup, revealed with the festival’s daily schedule, adds four exciting acts. On Saturday, May 31, fans will enjoy performances by four-piece band んoon (Foon), DJ and trackmaker Yakenohara, and Yoshiwara Gion Taiko Sessions featuring Mocche Nagai. On Sunday, June 1, singer-songwriter Tavito Nanao will take the stage.
Yoshiwara Gion Taiko Sessions blends the traditional music of the Yoshiwara Gion Festival—held annually in Fuji City—with a mix of rock, funk, and reggae. For their festival performance, they will be joined by guest singer Mocche Nagai. In addition, it has been confirmed that the festival’s opening act will feature traditional music from the Yoshiwara Gion Festival.
In addition to the musical lineup, festival-goers can look forward to a variety of new food and market offerings. Among the highlights are three new bars, each offering a unique concept. The newly introduced “Wonder Culinary” area will also feature a special dining program that will evolve throughout the day.
General ticket sales for “FUJI & SUN ’25” will begin at noon on Thursday, March 27. Special discounted tickets for Shizuoka Prefecture residents will be available for purchase at SWEN outdoor shops across the prefecture or at Lawson and Mini Stop locations via the “Loppi” ticket machines (L Code: 45201).
