The first wave of performers for “JAPAN JAM 2025,” set to take place at Soga Sports Park in Chiba City, has been revealed. The festival will run on April 29 (Tue, public holiday) and from May 3 (Sat, public holiday) to May 5 (Mon, public holiday).
“JAPAN JAM,” an outdoor music festival organized by Rockin’ On Japan, has become a staple of Golden Week in Japan. Now in its 15th year, the festival will feature four stages: “SKY STAGE,” “SUNSET STAGE,” “WING STAGE,” and “BUZZ STAGE,” continuing from last year’s successful format.
The newly announced lineup includes 29 acts, with seven groups performing on each of the first three days of the event. On April 29 (Tue, public holiday), attendees can look forward to performances by AKASAKI, Ikimono Gakari, go!go!vanillas, KORESAWA, DXTEEN, The Humble Brothers, and UNISON SQUARE GARDEN. May 3 (Sat, public holiday) will feature CUTIE STREET, Creepy Nuts, Saucy Dog, Shaitoop, This is LAST, Neguse., and Marcii. May 4 (Sun, public holiday) will see Kessoku Band, Saba Sister, NiziU, 04 Limited Sazabys, Push Pull Pot, HEY-SMITH, and Paledusk take the stage. The festival will conclude on May 5 (Mon, public holiday) with performances from THE YELLOW MONKEY, Chevon, SHISHAMO, Singers High, TETORA, Harukamirai, Hump Back, and LANA.
Tickets for the first round of lottery pre-sales are currently available through the official app “J-Fes” until 4:00 PM on January 28.
