A second lineup announcement has arrived for UNDERCITY, the new multi-venue event formed by a coalition of five promoters long active at the forefront and farthest edges of the capital’s music scene, alongside four visual and lighting creators known for staging large-scale productions at major festivals and even the Osaka–Kansai Expo.
Taking place on March 17, UNDERCITY will spread across four Ebisu spaces — LIQUIDROOM, LIQUID LOFT, KATA, and Time Out Cafe & Diner — turning the neighborhood into a portal to another layer of the city.
This latest reveal adds 11 acts to the bill. Live performances will come from Jibaku and Phaom99999. Behind the decks, KUROMAKU, SZK (fancyBOYS), TOMMY (BOY), Hyoryu Ongaku, FLAMINGOS (UNO FUMI, KASUMI), heykazma, PELI, Lovely Summer Chan, and warai_motoko (Rave Racers) are set to appear.
The project’s identity is already clear. The event flyer declares “Underground Tokyo, Underground Shibuya Ward,” while the official X account frames the night as nothing less than an “entrance to the underground.”
Early ticket reservations are open via eplus through February 27.
