Ichiko Aoba is set to release a live album and concert film documenting her milestone debut 15th anniversary show, “15th Anniversary Concert,” with both arriving on streaming platforms from January 28.
The live album captures the full performance from her January 20, 2025 concert at Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall in Hatsudai. Featuring a setlist that moves from her earliest songs to her latest work, the recording traces Aoba’s 15-year artistic journey and includes “Kikaijikake no Uchuu,” performed with surprise guest Anmi Yamada.
A full-length, uncut concert film from the same night will also be released, complete with the encore favorite “Sayonara Penguin.” Bonus footage showcases special collaborations with surprise guests Keigo Oyamada and Taeko Ohnuki.
Looking ahead, Aoba will return to the stage for her first solo acoustic show in around 18 months on July 2, titled “Fumizuki no Emon ni Tsuzuru Nettai-gyo.”
