HANA has been announced as the group behind the theme song for the second season of the anime “Medalist,” which begins airing on January 24. Their new track, “Cold Night,” marks the group’s first-ever anime theme song.
Written and composed by Chanmina, the song was crafted as an encouragement anthem for anyone pursuing their dreams while navigating doubt. For HANA, whose trajectory has been defined by steady challenges and growth, the opportunity resonated deeply and led to this meaningful collaboration. A new promotional video featuring a preview of “Cold Night” has also been released.
“Cold Night” will be available digitally on January 24 to coincide with the premiere of Episode 1. The CD version arrives January 28 as a limited, record-size edition featuring a newly drawn jacket illustration of Inori striking one of HANA’s signature poses.
