The opening two songs of the highly anticipated live performance “JAZZ NOT ONLY JAZZ II”, scheduled for Thursday, September 18 at Tokyo International Forum in Marunouchi, will be streamed live on the event’s official Instagram account.
The show features a specially formed ensemble, The Shun Ishiwaka Septet, composed of Shun Ishiwaka, Shuta Nishida, Tokutaro Hosoi, Marty Holubek, Kei Matsumaru, Jozo Yamada, and Shota Watanabe. Guest artists joining the performance include AiNA THE END, Yasuyuki Okamura, KID FRESINO, Ringo Sheena, Kaho Nakamura, and Robert Glasper.
All tickets for the event sold out shortly after the general release. For fans who missed out, paid streaming tickets are available for later viewing through Streaming+ (stereo) and Live Extreme (hi-res stereo/Dolby Atmos).
Returning from last year, Hikaru Yanagura (Jazz The New Chapter) will deliver the opening DJ set. Additionally, a limited selection of official merchandise, exclusively available at the venue, has been announced.
