The electronic duo Autechre is set to return to Japan in February 2026, with performances scheduled for February 4 at ZEPP DiverCity in Tokyo and February 5 at Yogibo META VALLEY in Osaka.
While this marks their first visit to Japan in two years, the Osaka show is particularly notable—it will be their first performance there in 17 years, since their 2008 appearance at Club Karma. Both concerts will feature Autechre’s innovative “Pitch Black LIVE” format, where the venue is plunged into complete darkness, encouraging audiences to sharpen their senses and immerse fully in the music.
Autechre has recently focused on exclusive releases through their official website. Their upcoming 2025 fall tours across Europe and the United States are set to be the largest in the band’s history and have already sold out.
Tickets for the Japan shows will be available for general sale starting Saturday, June 28.
