The official Japanese release date for the documentary film ‘BECOMING LED ZEPPELIN’ has been announced for Friday, September 26th. Alongside the announcement, the film’s trailer was also unveiled.
Led Zeppelin, formed in 1968 by Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones, John Bonham, and Robert Plant, is widely regarded as one of rock’s most legendary bands. The group has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and honored with the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, cementing their place in music history.
This documentary, the band’s first officially authorized film, explores the origins of Led Zeppelin through a rich collection of archival material. It features personal testimonies from the members, previously unheard audio recordings of John Bonham, family photographs, and rare early live footage, including a full performance of one song. The film offers fans an intimate look at the beginnings of one of rock’s most iconic acts.
