Tokyo-based rock band bed will host the latest edition of their self-organized event “insomnia” on Thursday, June 19 at UNIT in Daikanyama.
Formed in 2022, bed has gained recognition for their high-energy performances and strong DIY ethos. Their February 2025 all-night event “bedroom” drew more than 600 attendees and featured a diverse lineup including Texas 3000, ¥ØU$UKE ¥UK1MAT$U, and HAPPY.
Earlier this spring, the band continued to build international momentum, performing with Los Angeles post-punk band Sextile in April, followed by a solo show in Shanghai and a seven-date UK tour in May.
Now back in Japan, bed is set to bring that momentum home with “insomnia”. The event will also feature performances by rapper ACE COOL and indie rock band No Buses.
