Tokyo-based five-piece rock band kurayamisaka has announced the release of their first full-length album, kurayamisaka yori ai wo komete, set for September 10, 2025. Known for their unique blend of 2000s alternative rock and J-POP influences, the band has steadily gained a strong following.
In 2024, kurayamisaka was featured on the ROOKIE A GO-GO stage at the prestigious FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL. Their rising international profile continued into 2025 when they became the only Japanese act included in NME’s global initiative “THE NME 100: Essential Emerging Artists for 2025.” They were also selected for the Japanese edition of Rolling Stone’s “Future of Music” project, highlighting promising new talents worldwide.
The album features 12 tracks, including previously released singles such as “evergreen,” “modify Youth,” “sekisei inko,” and “jitensha.” It will be available in both digital formats and two physical editions: an A-style double-jacket LP and a sleeve-case CD. First pressings of the physical releases will include a bonus live CD capturing footage from the band’s first solo show in February, kurayamisaka tte, doko? #4 -hajimete no tandoku kouen hen-.
Pre-orders have already begun at select CD retailers. Fans ordering through kurayamisaka’s label tomoran’s official online store will receive an exclusive handwritten letter from the band as a special bonus.

The band’s first nationwide tour, “With Love from Kurayamisaka Tour,” starting in September, is accepting third-round pre-orders until Sunday, June 15, except for some regions.
