GEZAN has announced that their Tokyo performance on July 12 will be a special two-man live show featuring acclaimed singer-songwriter Ichiko Aoba.
This show is part of GEZAN’s ambitious “47+TOUR ‘Shūen,’” a nationwide tour covering all 47 prefectures of Japan, plus a stop in Shanghai, totaling 50 performances through October. The tour will conclude with a solo concert titled “Dokuen” at Nippon Budokan in March 2026.
Throughout the tour, GEZAN has been joined by various guest artists, including group_inou in Sapporo and The Dresscodes in Yokohama. The upcoming Tokyo concert will take place at Spotify O-EAST in Shibuya, a venue featuring a massive 618-inch LED screen behind the stage.
In addition to Ichiko Aoba, who is also known for her collaboration with GEZAN’s frontman Mahito the People as part of the duo NUUAMM, the show will feature visual artist Akiko Nakayama. Nakayama, GEZAN’s official VJ, will present her unique “Alive Painting” art form—a live blend of painting and performance—which she previously showcased during Floating Points’ Japan tour.
Fans can expect a unique and immersive live experience that blends music and visual art in an unforgettable way.
