Yuki Chiba’s 2nd album “Okuman Chōja (Billionaire)” will be released on March 26 (Wednesday). The lead track “BANK” from the album was released on March 3 (Monday) along with its music video.
The album Okuman Chōja includes 16 tracks in total. The producer lineup features Koshy, who worked on “Mamushi (feat. Yuki Chiba)” with Megan Thee Stallion, along with a range of international creators. Notable contributors include WondaGurl, a producer for Travis Scott’s label Cactus Jack and a collaborator with Drake, Jay-Z, and Rihanna, as well as Diego Ave, who has worked with Megan Thee Stallion and Post Malone, and Bankroll Got It, the main producer for Megan Thee Stallion and Latto. This will also mark Chiba’s first CD release.
As the title suggests, “BANK” is themed around “money.” The track was produced by Koshy and mixed/mastered by Jaycen Joshua, renowned for his work with Jay-Z, Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, and Snoop Dogg. The music video, directed by Naohiro Ohashi (HAVIT ART STUDIO), features Chiba Yuki living a homeless-like lifestyle while distributing stacks of cash, with thought-provoking depictions throughout.
Chiba will hold his first solo live concert, Chiba Yuki – STAR LIVE, on July 3 (Thursday) at the Nippon Budokan in Kudanshita, Tokyo. In conjunction with the release of “BANK,” the official third-round pre-sale for tickets has begun.
