Louvre Museum to Host First Music Concert with Post Malone as Headliner

The event “Visa Live at the Louvre,” blending music, art, and culture, organized by Visa, a leading electronic payment service company, will unfold at the Cour Carrée (Courtyard) of the Louvre Museum in Paris, France, on May 28th, 2024.

This will be the first live performance at the Louvre’s Cour Carrée. The headliner lineup includes Post Malone, and other global artists are scheduled to participate. The event will also feature a virtual live performance on the online gaming platform Roblox.

Roblox is a free platform that allows users to create their own avatars and play over 32 million games. After creating an account, visitors can access the “Visa Live at Le Louvre” server at 9 p.m. local time on the day of the event (4 a.m. Japan time on May 29) to watch the virtual live event.

Frank Cooper, Visa’s Chief Marketing Officer, will also be available for comment.

In many ways, Visa Louvre Live is a first for Visa. In addition to being Visa’s first major activity in Paris in the lead-up to its memorable summer as host of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, it is also the first time that such a live concert has been held in the Cour Carrée and the first time that a real global concert has been distributed exclusively on Roblox. Post Malone’s live performance at the Louvre and Roblox will be a unique experience of music, art, and technology that is innovative and entertaining.
