The film is directed and written by the same director and screenwriter who also directed the film.
The film is directed and written by Anastasia Tsang, making her film debut. Simon Yam plays Bill, Sylvia Chang plays Mei Hyun, Henik Chau plays the young man, and Cecilia Choy plays the daughter. Sylvia Chang won the award for Best Actor for the third time in 36 years at the Taiwan’s largest film awards, the Golden Globe Awards.
