Jean-Philippe Delorme’s solo exhibition “visage(s)” will be held at Roppongi’s Perrotin from August 31 to Saturday, October 14.
The exhibition will feature a series of new portraits of models in classical poses in his Paris studio. The title “visage(s)” means “face” in French, and Delhomme, who is more interested in the exchange of gazes between the artist and models than in realism, paints his subjects through direct observation without the aid of photographs.

Oil on canvas, wood frame.
Framed:65 x 54 cm | 25 9/16 x 21 1/4 inch.
