Ungeziefer’s stage play “8h no Mobius” will be performed from October 18 (Fri.) to 27 (Sun.) at Studio Kudo in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.
The performance, which marks Ungeziefer’s 10th anniversary, is their first new full-length work in five years. Set in Mobius, a joint venture company, it depicts the daily lives of people who continue to perform labor that is neither productive nor worthwhile.
It is written and directed by Ryu Motohashi. The cast includes Tao Kurosawa, Tsuyoshi Kondo, Satomi Takazawa, Haruka Toyoshima, Yamato Fujiie, Yo Momose, and Kaoru Yamada.

Ungeziefer celebrated its 10th anniversary this September. To celebrate, we are releasing a new feature film for the first time in five years.
By simply continuing to create, I have developed lean and supple muscles like a wild animal. Leaning on that, I will create “future” works in a very natural way. I dare not call it a culmination. Please come and see where we are now in our endless journey!
