Pony Canyon Inc. and Fuji Media Holdings, Inc. announced the incorporation of Pony Canyon’s Taiwan branch as the new “PONYCANYON ENTERTAINMENT TAIWAN, INC.
The purpose of the incorporation is to position Taiwan as a strategic base for music and video content in Asia, and to promote the spread of Pony Canyon content throughout Asia through distribution and live performances, while encouraging the global expansion of the FMH (Fuji Media Holdings) Group companies’ businesses.
Pony Canyon currently includes aiko, GLAY, Skirt, Kroi, and Homecomings. The company also releases a number of music works by voice-over artists and visual content such as movies and animations.
