NHK’s tiny desk concerts JAPAN to Feature Fujii Kaze on March 16th

Fujii Kaze will appear in NHK Sogo’s “tiny desk concerts JAPAN” on March 16 (Sat).

tiny desk concerts” is a music content program developed by National Public Radio (NPR), a public broadcasting station in the U.S., which has caused a worldwide boom with its innovative concept of performing at a “tiny desk in the NPR office” as it literally is. So far, many of the world’s biggest names, including Taylor Swift and BTS, have appeared on the show.

NHK will license the platform from NPR to produce “tiny desk concerts JAPAN” from the spring of 2024, and broadcast it domestically on General TV in Japan and globally on NHK’s international broadcast “NHK WORLD JAPAN”. The first broadcast will feature Kaze Fujii, who will perform at the NHK office in Shibuya, Tokyo.
