Atarashii Gekijo Project “Hamlet House” will be performed at Kichijoji Theater in Tokyo on Sunday, February 18.
Atarashii Gekijo Project is a theatrical project to create new values for Kichijoji Theatre as a theater. The project is designed to present a new way of being a public theater by having the theater staff create and present their own works.
The performance is a 60-minute theatrical ritual set at a fictional theater site, written and directed by Rikiya Konishi, former leader of Shiawase Gakkyuhokai and current Kichijoji Theater employee. The cast includes Yuzuka Takubo, Hobo Satomi(Compsons), Kayo Masumi (Hate to Cheek), and Arata Murayama.
