“HYPNOTIC,” Starring Ben Affleck and Directed by Robert Rodriguez, Releases New Footage

The film “HYPNOTIC“, which will be released in Japan on October 27 (Friday), has been released.

The film is directed by Robert Rodriguez, who is also known as a “visual wizard,” and stars Ben Affleck as detective Danny Rourke and William Fichner as a mysterious man who “can never be caught. When Rourke’s daughter suddenly goes missing, a mysterious man appears before him who holds the key to her whereabouts, but in pursuit of the man, Rourke steps into a “trap world” that he suspects is real, and the story follows the chain of dominoes that catch up with him.

In the newly released footage, Rourke and the mysterious man confront each other for the first time. The scene begins with Rourke chasing down the mysterious man who escapes after robbing a safe deposit box, and then, when Rourke confronts the man with a photo of his daughter, the two detectives who were working together shoot each other and die, and the mysterious man jumps down from the roof, but there is no sign of him on the ground. The film is a series of mysterious events that take place in just over two minutes.
