YOASOBI to perform at the LA Music Festival hosted by 88rising, captivating the local audience with its first performance in the U.S.

YOASOBI performed at ” 88rising’s Head in the Clouds LA Music & Arts Festival,” a music event organized by the American media platform 88rising in Los Angeles, USA, on Sunday, August 6, local time. This was his first live performance in the U.S.

This was YOASOBI’s first live performance in the U.S., and they performed 8 songs including “Blessing,” the opening theme song for “Mobile Suit Gundam: Mercury Witch,” “Idol,” the theme song for the opening of the anime “[Myushiko]. and “Idol,” the theme song for the opening of the anime “[Mystery Child]. Their debut song “Running into the Night” had the audience jumping up and down one after another, and “Gunsei” brought out a chorus, which sent the overseas fans into a frenzy.

For the finale of the festival, they performed “Monster” with Indonesian rapper Warren Hue and “Idol” with New School Leaders, also from Japan.
