junichi nagai
Born in 1977 in Hyogo Prefecture. Associate Professor, Faculty of Sociology, Kansai International University. D. (Sociology). Specializes in sociology of music and media studies. Travels to music festivals around the world to study their relationship with society. He is the author of “Rock Festivals Sociology: On Festivals in Individualized Society” (2016, Minerva Shobo), co-author of “How Have We Faced Western Music” (2019, Hanaden-sha), “How Have We Faced Western Music? (2019, Kaden-sha), and “Critical Word: Expanding and Renewing Popular Music ” (2023, Filmart-sha).
Yuki Sato
Born 1988 in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. Graduated from Nihon University College of Art, Department of Photography.
He mainly produces music videos and other music images, and also works as a photographer.
Since the early days of NOT WONK, he has been accompanying the band to live performances and recitals, taking photographs/videos.

Manabu Numata
Born in Hokkaido, Japan. Photographer. Leader of the guerrilla rice cake pounding unit “Mochi wa Mochiya”.
He is currently working underground, documenting underground culture through books, advertisements, websites, movies, and other media.
He is the author of “Tsukiji Fish Market Blues” (Tokyo Kirara-sha), a collection of photographs of people at the Tsukiji market taken from a fixed point.
He loves pounding rice cakes so much that he started “Mochi ha Mochiya,” a business trip rice cake pounding shop. I will do it at any place with a mortar and pestle, so please ask me for help!

Hitoshi Abe
Music writer born in 1990 in Iwate, living in Osaka. Loves club culture, festivals, and rivers. writes for fujirockers.org, ANTENNA, TURN, etc. Working on Elliott Smith's zine.
Itsumi Okayasu
Born 1988 in Ibaraki Prefecture, currently resides in Kyoto City. After graduating from university, he worked at a live music club in Kyoto City and launched the web media ANTENNA in 2012. He was responsible for interviewing, photographing, and writing, and produced many articles. Later, as a web director, he created and maintained websites for various companies, and in 2019, he became independent as a photographer. He does interviews for magazines and web media, as well as photographing people for weddings and music photography.
Nami Igusa
Born in 1991 in Tokyo, Japan, writer began writing music-related columns and disc reviews in 2016, and the following year joined the media outlet TURN, where music writer Shino Okamura serves as editor-in-chief, as an editor/writer. He is currently away from the editorial team but continues to write as a regular writer. His other major writing media include “Music Magazine,” “Real Sound”, and “OTOTOY” .

Born in Nara Prefecture. Lives in Kyoto City and works as a writer for the web medium ANNTENNA.
Koji Harie
Born 1985 in Hakodate, Hokkaido. Writer, emcee, band member, and alternative music historian. Presides over the record label "Haliental. He writes "Ongaku to Owari" (Music and Warai) on Ongaku Natalie. Podcasts "Movie Chat" and "Ornate Music Historical Perspectives.
NordOst / 松島広人
DJ/writer. While working as an editor/writer, he departed from the rails of general society during the pandemic. Since then, he has become more involved in the Japanese indie electronic music scene. In 2021, he began DJing under the name NordOst, and continues to play 100 genre-less gigs a year at numerous venues around the Tokyo metropolitan area. Organizer of the “Fourth Way” party series.
