Jon Batiste will perform in Japan for the first time at the Coke STUDIO SUPERPOP JAPAN 2023 event to be held at Pia Arena MM in Yokohama, Kanagawa on October 7 and 8.
Jon Batiste is an American singer-songwriter and pianist. He has been active in various scenes, winning five Grammy Awards including Album of the Year at the 64th Grammy Awards, as well as the 93rd Academy Awards for Best Composition and Best Animated Feature Film for the movie “Soulful World,” for which he wrote the songs in the movie. His latest album “World Music Radio” will be released on August 18 (Friday).
Coke STUDIO SUPERPOP JAPAN 2023 will also feature performances by Mrs. GREEN APPLE, NewJeans, Wednesday’s Campanella, and BOYNEXTDOOR. Tickets will be available in advance from Tuesday, August 1, and will go on sale to the general public on Sunday, September 10.
