KUTANism 2023,” a Kutani-yaki art festival under the overall supervision of Yushi Akimoto (professor emeritus at Tokyo University of the Arts), will be held from October 6 to November 5 in Komatsu City and Nomi City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
The main program includes exhibitions of works on themes such as “Natural Landscape and Kutaniyaki” and “Traditional Architecture and Kutaniyaki,” which will be held at famous places in both cities. In addition, there will be many other programs to enjoy Kutani-yaki in the field, such as studio tours and workshops by the artists.
