#Kiyoshi Kurosawa
Born in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture in 1955. He began making 8mm films while a student at Rikkyo University and made his commercial film debut in 1983. He gained international attention with CURE (1997). He was awarded the Officier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres of France on June 10, 2024, and his latest film “Cloud” was released in theaters on September 27, following “Snake Road” and “Chime” in 2024.
