Bialystocks for you

On the occasion of the release of Bialystocks' third album “Songs for the Cryptids,” we asked those whose hearts were stolen by Bialystocks' music to write a letter to the band. Here is a sneak peek of a piece of letterhead before it goes into an envelope.

Bialystocks

#MUSIC #MOVIE

Formed in 2019 after the live screening of the film “Haruneko” directed by Sora Hokimoto and co-produced by Shinji Aoyama and Takenori Sento, they released their album “Bialystocks” in 2021. In November of the same year, they released their second album “Quicksand” from PONYCANYON / IRORI Records, combining the soulful and expansive voice of Sora Fukimoto (Vo), folky and warm melodies, and the jazz-based yet free and genre-crossing instrumentation of Tsuyoshi Kikuchi (Key). The combination of the jazz-based and genre-crossing instrumental lineup of Keyboardist Goh Kikuchi is described as both universal and radical at the same time. On October 2, 2024, they released their third album “Songs for the Cryptids”. In October of the same year, they embarked on their largest live house tour, the “Songs for the Cryptids Tour,” which took them to seven cities throughout Japan.
